Our Founder and CEO, Jacquetta Jacobs, brings more than two decades of experience in systems engineering, project management, and technology consulting, but it’s her unique blend of psychological insight and strategic discipline that shapes the culture at Capstone.

Holding advanced degrees in  both business administration and psychology, Jacquetta leads with a people-first philosophy rooted in emotional intelligence, behavioral science, and adaptive leadership. Her training informs everything from team-building and conflict resolution to hiring, coaching, and organizational development. She understands that technical excellence must be matched with  purpose-driven engagement.
